Chapel Hill Ladies Kicking Butt
Today’s pic is of Celisa L. and Johnnie B. from the morning class in Chapel Hill. They have been going at it hard for over 2 months now and they have gotten significantly stronger and continue to get in better shape every day.
Celisa works hard, but most importantly she has committed to getting serious outside of bootcamp on the food and nutrition front. She picked up a copy of “A Week in the Zone” and has adopted healthy Zone lifestyle eating habits. She’s already down a size, and the success will continue to come if she stays faithful to the Zone like she has thus far.
Johnnie’s one of our most gung-ho athletes and can be counted on to put in a top-notch effort every day. I know I’ve given a good WOD if Johnnie is gasping for air and saying “That was a good one,” in her masochistic way.
